Scheduling with us is a breeze! Simply head over to our scheduling portal above, select the session that suits your needs, set a date and time that works for you. Once you've done that, we'll send you a confirmation email, and you'll receive a friendly reminder 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you ever need to reschedule or cancel, just use the “reschedule/cancel session” button in the emails.

The journey starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation (or go for a more comprehensive 60-minute session) to discuss your needs, ideas, and references. If we both agree it's a great fit, you'll sign our service agreement, pay your deposit, and we'll kickstart the creative process. There will be check-ins along the way to ensure your project is on track, and a final check-in for those last-minute touch-ups. When you're thrilled with the result, you'll settle the remaining balance, and we'll send your masterpiece to you.

We charge a 20% deposit because it helps us keep growing and supporting artists like you in telling their stories through music. It's all about making your artistic impact a reality!

It's simple. We'll send you an invoice via email with details on how to process payment for the remaining amount due. Once you're ready and satisfied with your project, pay the balance, and we'll send your art to you promptly.

We offer 60-minute consultations because they give us more quality time to collaborate with you and create a finely-tuned plan. During these sessions, we can even create additional resources to help you step further into your greatness.
